If the Client uses hypnosis and is under medical care for ANY condition, the Client should NOT make adjustments to ANY prescribed medication without the approval of their doctor.  

If in any doubt, the Client should seek GP’s advice.

Equally, crystals or crystal products are not drugs and may not be promoted to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.  No-one should make any such claims about crystals or crystal products.

Terms & Conditions

Past Life Regression (including groups) & Past life Regression Healing (RegressionHealing™)

Gemma Sampson, trading as Gemsoul, is a certified in RegressionHealing™and Advanced crystal healing offering healing hypnosis sessions using the RegressionHealing™ method developed by Chris Turner, and the Crystal healing method created by Academy of Magik.  

Hypnosis

Hypnosis is entirely natural, safe and relaxing.  During hypnosis the Client is placed in a deep state of relaxation but remains conscious and in complete control throughout.  Whilst under hypnosis, the Client may be regressed back to their past as a vital step to help discover the root cause of any ongoing or presenting issue.  An RH™  session can last up to 4 hours.  A personalised audio recording will be created that will reinforce the progress during the session and support the recovery process.  The client's recording (which is expected that the Client will listen to it to further enhance their experience) following their session will be sent to the Client by email.

Please note, whilst every effort is made to achieve a desired outcome RH™ Hypnotherapy session(s) alone is no guarantee of success.  Results vary and every client has their own personal soul journey which is unique. And therefore every RH™ session is also unique and created by the clients intentions and ability to be willing to allow whatever needs to come through and let go of the questioning part of their conscious mind. The Client needs to be committed to wanting the change and be open, willing and motivated to want the change via RH™ hypnosis.  It is also crucial, and an essential part of the reprogramming process that the Client  follows up by listening to the personalised recording made by Gemma Sampson trading as Gemsoul. Regularly listening to your recording post session is part of the transformational process. The recording has also been known to be the catalyst to bring forth results post session. The recording when listened to by the client always brings even more healing and understanding about what you experienced during your session. The recording can be treated like “medicine” and is something that clients can connect with and experience the same feelings and energies as during the session. 

By particiating in the session you consent to your session being recorded and stored. The content of your recording may be used for marketing, information or entertainment purposes. If this happens please be reassured your identity and personal details will always remain anonymous unless you have provided consent otherwise 

Existing Medication

Confidentiality

The Client agrees to being completely honest, open and trusting in the information shared with Gemma Sampson trading as Gemsoul on any forms, communications and/or during any consultations, safe in the knowledge that, Gemma Sampson is bound to uphold your confidentiality. The exception, of which the Client consents to, being that Gemma Sampson trading as Gemsoul is obligated to escalate to a specific individual, Agency or Authority, if it has been determined that; a child or elder is at risk, or is currently being abused; if the client is in imminent danger or poses a danger to themselves, myself or others; or if a court summons requiring records has been requested. 

Payment

It is important that the money received comes from a place of willingness to transform and is paid with positive pure intention. To ensure all energy is focused on supporting Clients' journey to living their best life, all self-development investments made with Gemma Sampson trading as Gemsoul are to be paid in full a minimum 24 hours before any service is delivered. Any stage payment agreement requires upfront payment of the agreed 1st amount 24 hours before any service is delivered and balance remaining must be paid by the due date agreed and specified on the invoice. Delayed payments may be subject to administration charges  and additional fees to cover any expenses created such as collection fees.

Honouring & Valuing Time 

Time and energy are the only two commodities we cannot get back, therefore it is important that both the Client and Gemma Sampson trading as Gemsoul, honour any time commitments made.  We deeply respect all Clients' time, therefore to avoid impacting other Clients', if a Client arrives late, their session may be shortened and may, as a result either impact the quality of the service delivered or require the session to be rescheduled at the Client's expense.

Cancellations 

Cancellation /re-scheduling of a Session must be advised with a minimum 48 hours of the Session scheduled to take place in order to receive a full refund.  A session that needs to be rescheduled as a direct result of the Client's lack of communication will be charged for in full or part (50%) if less than 24 hours notice is given.

Communications

The Client consents that the contact details provided are authorised to be used in all correspondence, be it confidential or otherwise, and that it is the Client's responsibility to ensure any other persons with access to these communications are authorised to do so without liability to Gemma Sampson trading as Gemsoul. 

Permissions

The client understands and agrees that, at any time, Gemma Sampson trading as Gemsoul may discuss aspects of, or in full their case with Colleagues or publish aspects of or in full their case as an example for potential Clients or other stakeholders, anonymously, keeping the Client's full name and identity confidential, unless written permission by the Client to use their identity is received in advance.

Consent 

By agreeing to work with Gemma Sampson trading as Gemsoul the Client accepts the Terms and Conditions here in and confirms: 

That the Client is not suffering from any diagnosed psychiatric condition, psychological illness or epilepsy and is not under the supervision of a psychiatrist. 


That the Client will take part in all sessions free from the influence of either alcohol or drugs and will provide a list of any prescription medicines currently being taken. 


That the Client understands and accepts that Gemma Sampson trading as Gemsoul may terminate the session without warning if it is determined that the Session has been booked for some purpose other than to receive Therapy. If this does occur, the Client will remain liable for any Session fee paid in advance. 


If the Session is delivered virtually/online, the Client accepts the responsibility to create an environment that is safe and will remain distraction-free.  The Client must ensure  that Gemma Sampson trading as Gemsoul has the Client's correct current phone number and Emergency Contact, in the event of an Emergency.


Payment of this invoice means the Client has read and agreed to Terms and Conditions described herein and as set out in the Medical Disclaimer and Health & Safety Disclaimer

Client Interaction 

During an in-person Hypnotherapy Session, the Client, who will remain conscious and in complete control throughout grants permission to Gemma Sampson trading as Gemsoul to respectfully lift their /their child’s arm, touch their/their child’s shoulder, or rock their/their child’s head during their Rapid Transformational Therapy session(s) in order to help facilitate the deepening process.

Regression

In hypnosis, the Client will be regressed back to review childhood scenes/memories as this is crucial to help discover the root cause of a current or presenting issue.  Regression and hypnosis and working at a deep level with the subconscious mind can access suppressed feelings, emotions or actions but in a safe and controlled manner where the Client will always be kept completely safe and reassured at all times.  Gemma Sampson trading as Gemsoul and the Client will work together in hypnosis to get an understanding of where the belief and behaviour originated with the purpose to re-program the neural pathways of the brain by reinstalling positive beliefs.
